Edit Basic Company Settings

Use the Basic Company Settings submodule to open the company card of the company that you selected from the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen and edit its basic settings.

To use the Basic Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To edit a company's basic settings:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company basic settings you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Settings > Basic Company Settings.
  4. Click Open company card.
  5. On the Company Card, click the Company Settings tab to view and edit the following:
    • Basic Settings: This category includes company type and country, holiday calendar and calculation method, VAT or sales tax setup, schedule settings, time entry rules, adjustments, clients, and default copy settings.
    • Job Settings: This category allows you to select a custom code from a preset list.
    • Invoice Settings: This category includes invoicing, invoice number range, credit note number range, and correctional invoices or credit notes on retainers.
    • Default New Job Dimensions: This category includes profit center, project type, agreed billing method, rounds of scheduled creative, real rounds of creative, and job status.
    • Job Folders and Storage Provider: This category includes job folder settings and voucher path.
    • Cross Company Access: This category lists all the employees and what access their account has.
    • Price Quote Settings: This category includes general and print settings.
    • Changelog: This category shows all the changes made, when those changes were made, and who made those changes.
