Create Databoard Views

Use the Databoards submodule to create databoard views.

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To create a databoard view:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company for which you want to create a databoard view.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
4. On the grid toolbar, use the drop-down list to select the databoard that you want to create a view for.
5. Click the View tab.
6. On the tab toolbar, click and select Create Databoard View.
7. In the Create Databoard View dialog box, enter a view name and use the drop-down list to select the databoard view type that you want to create.
8. Click OK.
