Hide Vacation Year Records

Use the Vacation Year tab in Holidays and Absence in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to hide vacation year records.

To use Holidays and Absence in the Company Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide a vacation year record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the vacation year record that you want to hide.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Settings > Holidays and Absence.
  4. Click the Vacation Year tab.
  5. Highlight the vacation year record that you want to hide and select the Hide Period check box.
  6. To unhide the vacation year record, deselect the Lock Period check box.
