Copy Data from Price Quotes to Invoices

Use the Invoice submodule to copy data from price quotes to invoices of selected jobs.

To use Invoice, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To copy data from a price quote:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the invoice that you want to copy price quote data to.
3. In the left pane, click Invoice.
4. In the left pane, use the drop-down list to select the invoice that you want to copy price quote data to.
   Alternatively, click Open Invoice List and in the Invoice List dialog box, highlight the invoice that you want to copy price quote data to.
5. Click and select Copy price quote to the current invoice.
6. In the Copy Price Quote to the Current Invoice dialog box, highlight the price quote that you want to copy data from and select the applicable filter, copy options, and additional configurations.
7. Click OK.
