Ticket List
Use Ticket List in the Task Follow-Up submodule in the Scheduling module to view the list of tickets for a selected resource or resource group.
To use Ticket List, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
Ticket List enables you to view and manage the tickets that are assigned to a specific resource or resource group. You can open the task card for each ticket, which you can display in a subgrid or a sidebar. You can mark tickets as done directly from the grid. You can also filter by resource, period, booked capacity, ticket status, and comment type.
You can use the Search field to find specific ticket items.
