Manage Workflow Case Labels
Use this screen to enter the case labels that are used globally throughout your workflows.
Case labels are key fields that you define to identify a particular instance of a workflow. Examples of case labels include Account, Customer, and Location.
Set up case label data in this screen as one of the first steps in designing workflows. Case labels are required in the Manage Workflow RoleFilters screen and the Case subtask of the Manage Workflow Models screen. The association of case labels with workflow cases can be useful not only to create a unique identifier for the workflow, but also to filter activity and message routing and start Costpoint functions.
When you have completed your entries, click on the toolbar to update the table.
