Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Work Assignment Approval Codes

Use this screen to set up work assignment approval codes that define the type of approval required for work assignments.

On this screen, you can also link the users who can approve work assignments at the top level or at the contract level.

Before you use this screen, you must select the Require Work Assignment Approval check box on the Configure Subcontractor Management Settings screen. If you do not select that check box, you will still be able to open this screen and enter approval codes, but these approval codes will not be used in the system.

Note: This application is available only if you are licensed for Subcontractor Management.
