Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contracts Subtask

Use this subtask to view information on contracts associated with the employee.

This subtask is read-only.

Table Window

Field Description
Contract Name This field displays the name of the contract associated with the employee. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Contracts screen and access additional information about the contract.
Role This field displays the role assigned to the employee as set up on the Contract Employee Team subtask on the Manage Contracts screen.
Contract Start Date This field displays the start date of the contract.
Contract End Date This field displays the end date of the contract.
Contract Status This field displays the status of the contract.
Project This field displays the ID of the project linked to the contract. This field displays as a hyperlink that you can use to open the Manage Project User Flow screen and access additional information about the project.
Project Name This field displays the project name.
