Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Project Budget Revisions

Use this screen to create revisions and notes for the workplan budget.

The revisions created here are used on the Info tab of the Manage Project Budgets and ETC screen. Only one workplan budget can be the current workplan version at any one time. You can retain several versions of the workplan budget to use in "what if" scenarios. The workplan budget allows revisions only if you selected the Allow Workplan Budgets check box on the Configure Project Budget Settings screen.

Use this screen when initializing Costpoint Advanced Project Budgeting or any time before you revise your workplan budget.
