Message Board Users Subtask
If you selected the Apply User/User Group Rights check box on the main screen, you can use this subtask to define the access rights for each topic or folder.
This allows you to restrict some topics or folders to be visible and editable only by specific users or groups while other topics to be hidden or read-only.
If you cleared the Apply User/User Group Rights check box on the main screen, the default user/user group rights for a particular application are applied to all message board topics or folders.
Whenever you change access rights, new security settings are transferred to Exchange and the security permissions are updated.
