Attachments Subtask
This subtask displays a list of attached documents related to support cases.
New attachments can be uploaded through the File Upload Manager dialog box where you select a file location that is defined in the Case Attachments Root Location field on the Configure System Settings screen. On the File Upload Manager dialog box, the Support Issue ID field displays when you enter the file location for case reporting. Enter the case Key in the Support Issue ID field where you want to upload the attachment. Click Refresh All or Refresh Subtask to display the uploaded file in this subtask.

This field displays the name of the attached file. |
Size in KB |
This field displays the size of the attached file. The maximum limit is 20MB. Note: Deltek recommends that you attach a file that is 10MB or less.

This field displays the date and time when the attached file was modified. |
Submitted to Deltek CC |
After you click the Get Case Info button, this field displays either Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether a file has been submitted to Deltek Customer Care or not. |

Click this button to view the contents of the selected attached file. |
