Batch Job Tab
Use the fields and check boxes on this tab to set the default email addresses for both successful and unsuccessful batch job completions.
These email notifications are sent to the user(s) even if they are no longer in the Costpoint system.
For the user initiating the batch job, if the Notify When Batch Process/Report is Completed check box is selected in the Status group box on the Information tab of the Manage Users screen, that user receives an email when the job completes either successfully or unsuccessfully.
Email Notification
Use this block to establish email notification preferences for this company. These data fields are company-specific and effective for this company only.

Send Successful Emails |
Select this check box to automatically send notification emails to users whose email addresses are included in the Successful Email List group box when the batch jobs complete successfully. |
Successful Email List
Use this field to enter one or more user email addresses that will receive notification when batch jobs complete successfully. Separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon (;).

Unsuccessful Email List
Use this field to enter one or more user email addresses that will receive notification when batch jobs complete unsuccessfully. Separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon (;).
