Manage GLC Total Budget

Use this screen to enter the total budgets for General Labor Categories (GLCs) against the project.

Total budgets track the budgeted hours and amount for this project over the life of the project. The budget information that is entered in this screen can be printed from the Print Project Labor Summary Report screen.  Budgeted hours and amount by fiscal year, period, and subperiod are entered on the Manage GLC Budgets by Period screen.

Initialize the project and GLCs before entering data in this screen. After entering the budgets in this screen, you must run the Update Budget Report Tables and Create Project Report Tables processes before the GLC Budgets can appear on the Project Labor Summary Report.
