Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Current Activities Subtask

Use this subtask to view the current activities that should be completed for the selected workflow and filter value. All the prerequisites for these activities have been completed.

If the workflow definition included routing for a current activity, the activity is in a user's inbox at this time. This screen shows the number of cases for each current activity for the workflow. You can use this subtask to check for current bottlenecks in completing workflows.

This subtask is active when you select a workflow with an in-progress status in the table of the View Workflow Audit Information screen.

This field displays the currently selected workflow.

Subsystem

This field displays the subsystem to which this workflow is associated.

Status

This field displays the status of this workflow.

Table Window

This table window displays activity information about the selected workflow.

Activity

This field displays the current activity for this workflow.

Number of Cases

This field displays the number of cases for this current activity.

Subtask

Subtask Description
Activity Cases Click this link to open the Activity Cases subtask and view cases, case values, transfer date/time, starting user ID, and starting date/time for current activity.
