Configuration Tab
Use this tab to enter configuration information for this interface instance.
This tab contains several required fields that must be populated before you can save the record.
Integration Database Definition
Use this group box to define the settings for connectivity to the integration database.

Platform |
Use this drop-down list box to select the platform of the database you want this interface instance to access. The following options are available:

Connectivity |
Use this field to enter connectivity information for the database. For example, the server and database name for your MS SQL database in the 'server\\database' format; or the TNSNAME of your Oracle database. |
User |
Use this field to enter the user ID required to connect to this database. |
Password |
Use this field to enter the password required to connect to this database. |
Verification |
Use this field to re-enter the Password for verification. |
Interval Definition
Use this group box to define the frequency with which this interface instance is processed.

Interval Code |
Use this drop-down list box to specify the interval on which this interface instance must run. The following options are available:

Frequency |
Use this field to enter an interval frequency number on which this interface instance must run. This value can be in units of minutes, hours, or days depending on your selection in the Interval Code drop-down list box. This field is disabled if you select the Now or File option from the Interval Code drop-down list box. Note: The scheduler map process uses the
Interval Code and
Frequency fields to select interface instances whose next interval (that is, the
Next Processing Date/Time) falls on or before the current date and time.

File Name |
Use this field to enter an existing file name that will cause this interface to process. This field is required if you selected the File option from the Interval Code drop-down list box. Otherwise, this field is disabled. |
Next Processing Date/Time |
This field displays the next processing schedule when you select the Minutes, Hours, or Days option from the Interval Code drop-down list box. Otherwise, this field is left blank. Use this field to enter a processing date to override the automatically calculated date and time that defaults. Enter a date, or use to select, the new processing date and use the Hours, Minutes, and Seconds drop-down list boxes to specify the new processing time. |
File Location |
Use this field to enter the path from which the integration application was installed. This integration application typically defaults to 'C:\Program Files\Deltek\Application Integration' on your integration server during the installation process. |
Email Definition
Use this group box to define email access and desired recipients for interface process reporting. Error reports are sent to the specified email addresses.

Use this field to enter a valid email server. |

Use this field to enter a valid email user ID. |

Use this field to enter the password for this email user ID. |

Use this group box to specify the primary and secondary email addresses that receive the interface information.
