System Administration Controls
Use screens in the System Administration Controls application group to establish settings and defaults for the entire Costpoint system, set up companies to a Costpoint database, and manage system codes used throughout the system.

This screen is divided into five independent information blocks with the first block consisting of three tabs. Use the fields in these blocks to set up basic settings and defaults for the entire system as well as some that affect company-specific settings. - Manage Locales
Use the table window in this screen to set up report locales, which specify how report data should be formatted regarding language, numbers, and date/time preferences. - Set Up Company
Use this screen to add new companies to a current Costpoint database. - Configure User Preferences
Use the fields on this screen to change the user preferences set up by the system administrator on the Manage Users screen. - System Codes
Use screens under System Codes to create or maintain system codes used throughout Costpoint. Codes include commodity, tax, nature of transaction, and correction codes.
