Manage User Suppression
Use this screen to turn on or turn off the suppression of labor, social security number, price, and/or cost information for Costpoint users.
Use this screen as an alternative to updating the suppression settings on the Manage Users screen. You may either manually update the check boxes in the Manage User Suppression table or you may use the buttons provided at the bottom of the screen to mass-update the check boxes. Upon opening the screen, the Manage User Suppression table will display all users from the Manage Users table.
In order to mass-update all records in the Manage Users table, select all records in the table on this screen, and then click the appropriate Mass Update Suppression button. To mass-update specific records in the Manage Users table, use the Query function to retrieve only specific users, select all of the rows in the table and press the appropriate Mass Update Suppression button.
