Contents of the Manage Application Conflicts Screen
Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Application Conflicts screen.
Table Windows
This screen has two main table windows that display identical listings of all available applications within Costpoint. Use these two table windows to select a pair of applications that would cause segregation of duties conflicts.
Select an application from the left table window and then select a conflicting application from the right table window. You can then click Select to add this combination of applications to the Conflicting Applications table window and set up conflict definitions for these applications.

Conflicting Applications
This table window displays all applications that cause segregation of duties conflicts. Use this table window to set up definitions for these conflicting applications.

Use this drop-down list to define the level of access for the selected application that will cause a conflict. Your options are:

This field displays the identification code for the application conflicting with the application specified in the
Application field. You can click

Conflicting App Name |
This field displays the descriptive name for this
Conflicting Application. Alternatively, you can click

Conflicting App Rights |
Use this drop-down list to define the level of access for the selected application that will cause a conflict. Your options are:

Use this field to enter a brief description of this segregation of duties conflict. |
Active |
Select this check box to actively test for this application conflict. The Identify Segregation of Duties Conflicts process ignores inactive application conflicts. |
