Administrative Messages
Use this screen to add and maintain administrative messages that will display for users that are already logged in and for those logging in to Costpoint.
Already logged in users will see a new message within 30 seconds. The System Message(s) icon displays on the Navigation Toolbar for the logged-in user if there are messages for him/her to see.
You can further assign specific users or user groups that will see the administrative messages.
You can create multiple messages on this screen and set up their active/inactive status as well as the start/end date and time they will be displayed. Also, you can specify which Costpoint screens will trigger the messages to display.
