Use the fields and options to configure the Manage System Printers screen.
System Printers
Use this table window to establish a catalog of printers that will be available for selection when printing reports from Costpoint.
Click to add a new entry to the table window.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Printer ID |
Enter, or click to select, a printer ID for use in Costpoint. The Lookup () displays other printer attributes such as the following:

Printer Name |
Use this field to enter a descriptive name for this Printer ID. |
Print in Postscript Mode Only |
Select this check box to use postscript mode only for this printer when printing reports. |
Verify Printers |
Select a printer from the table window and click this button to verify the availability of that printer. |
