Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Link Projects Subtask

Use this subtask of the Manage Work Assignment Approval Codes screen to link projects to the work assignment approval code.

The fields on this subtask are enabled only if you selected the Approve at Charge Line Level option on the main screen.

Field Description
Project ID

Enter, or click to select, a project to link to the work assignment approval code. At least one project must be linked to the approval code if you selected the Approve at Charge Line Level option. You can enter or select a project that is not active and/or does not allow charging.

Project Name

This field displays the project name.

Include Lower Levels

Select this check box to include lower levels of this project in work assignment approvals.
