Contents of the Approval Roles Screen
Use the fields to configure the Approval Roles screen.
Table Window
Use this table window to add new regular approval roles. This table window displays both built-in and regular roles.
To create a new role, click . A row is added to this table window. You can then use the fields in this row and the subtask to specify settings for the role.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Name | For regular roles, use this field to enter a role name for a group of individuals that meet the required qualifications to perform approval activities. For built-in roles, this field displays Buyer, Employee Manager, or Project Manager. |
Type | This field displays Built-In or Regular. |
Subtask
Subtask | Description |
---|---|
Role Users | Click this link to open the Role Users subtask and assign users or user groups to the role. |
