Manage PLC Total Budget

Use this screen to enter the total budgets for Project Labor Categories (PLCs) against the project.

Total budgets track the budgeted hours and amount for this project over the life of the project. The PLC budgets entered in this screen can be printed on the Project Labor Summary Report (Print Project Labor Summary screen). You can enter the budgeted hours and amount by fiscal year, period, and subperiod on the Manage PLC Budgets By Period screen.

Enter data on this screen after you have initialized the project and the PLCs. After you have established your PLC Budget, you must run the Update Budget Report Tables and the Create Project Report Tables processes. The PLC Budgets do not appear on the Project Labor Summary Report if these processes are not executed.
