  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Manage Period Days

Use this screen to enter the days per period that you would like to use to spread budgeted data.

This screen is used in conjunction with the Spread Budgets Based on Days check box on the Configure Project Budget Settings screen. If you did not select the check box, you can enter data in this screen, but it is not used. This screen allows you to spread budget data by month based on the number of days in each month. The selection on the Configure Project Budget Settings screen is a system-wide selection. 

You should populate this screen before entering budgets on the Manage Project Budgets and ETC screen. Costpoint uses the days per period in this screen when you use the "spread" function in the subtasks of the Manage Project Budgets and ETC screen. The amounts are spread over the periods based on the weighted number of days in the period.
