Manage Project Level Mapping
Use this screen to create project level mapping information.
This application builds records that are used by the integration process to assign Costpoint project ID segments to GovWin CRM WBS levels for any table where a project ID is used.
Note: You only need to use this screen if you have chosen to use the project mapping option, instead of assigning the entire project structure to WBS1.
The mapping is defined by top-level project ID and is based on the Costpoint project structure. You can define a default mapping project or projects if you use standard project structures in Costpoint.
Use this screen to create project-mapping definitions before you:
- Run the Configure Project Options application.
- Define interface instances using the Manage Interface Configuration and Scheduler screen.
