Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Themes

Customize the appearance and color scheme of the Talent Management platform according to your preference. Access Themes from the My Profile menu in the upper right of Talent Management.

Field Description
Blue Select this to set the color scheme to blue.
Purple Select this to set the color scheme to purple.
Pink Select this to set the color scheme to pink.
Red Select this to set the color scheme to red
Orange Select this to set the color scheme to orange.
Green Select this to set the color scheme to dark green.
Mint Select this to set the color scheme to light green.
Teal Select this to set the color scheme to teal.
Gray Select this to set the color scheme to gray.
Dark Mode Select this to switch the display to either Standard or Dark mode.
