Contents of the View Offboarded Users Screen
By default, the View Offboarded Users screen displays the following information.
Columns
| Field | Description |

| Name | This is the name of the offboarded user.
Note: If Core HR is licensed by your company, Core HR Administrators can click the name of the offboarded user to access the user's Total Talent Profile, where the administrator can rehire the user by entering a date in the
Rehire Date field on the Employment Details tab.

| Offboarded By |
This is the name of the individual who processed the off-boarding. |
| Eligible for Re-hire | This indicates whether the user is eligible for rehire if they apply for a job in the future. |
| Last Working Day | This is the date the employee last reported for work. |
| Separation Type | For Voluntary Separation types, additional information displays in the Reason(s) for Leaving column. For Involuntary Termination types, additional information displays in the Reasons(s) for Termination column. |
| Separation Reason | This displays the list of reasons why the employee left or was terminated from the company. |
| Separation Date | This is the date the system terminated the employee. |
| Actions | Select one of the following. Options may depend on your role and your permissions:

| Last Working Day | This is the date the employee last reported for work. |

: Click this icon to remove the national identifier.
: Hover over this icon to view comments.
: Click this icon to remove the employee ID of the selected user.
: Click this icon to delete the employee's data. This is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Proceed with caution. Deleting this data will prevent the ex-employee from logging in to the external career portal. The ex-employee will have to create a new account if applying for a job with the company again.
: Click this icon to select the user and launch the Reassign Pending Items screen.
