Learning Package Import Tab for E-Learning Course
The Package Import Tab of the Add Course screen for an e-learning course contains the following fields.

Package Location |
Select from the following options:

Upload Package |
This field displays if you selected PC in the Package Location field. Click Browse to find and select the e-learning package to upload from your computer hard drive. The maximum file size limit is 250MB. If you select Video (mp4) or PDF as the E-Learning Standard, uploading a non-corresponding file format such as a .zip file in this field will result in an error. |
Upload FTP Package |
This field displays if you selected FTP in the Package Location field. Click FTP File Upload Package and select the e-learning package from your FTP file directory. Note: Make sure that your company’s FTP settings are properly configured on the E-Learning Settings screen ( ).

Overwrite Existing Content |
Select this check box if you are updating existing content. |
E-Learning Standard |
Select from the following e-learning standards:

Enable Course Preview | This displays only for SCORM and AICC courses. Select this check box if you want the E-Learning course to display the Course Preview button. |
Contains Multiple Courses |
This displays only for SCORM and AICC courses. Select this check box to indicate whether the package contains multiple courses. |
Hold Child Jobs In Queue | This field displays only if the Contains Multiple Courses field is selected. |
Select this check box to instruct the Learning module not to process any child Jobs created from a multi-course package. This places the package in On Hold status until it is manually set to Ready status on the E-Learning Management screen ( ). | |
Media Content Threshold | This displays only for video and PDF courses and sets what percentage of the video length or total document package count a user must view or read to be considered complete. Enter a value ranging from 1 to 100. The default value for this field is 95. |
PDF Page Duration in Seconds | This displays only for PDF document courses and sets the number of seconds a user must view a page for it to be credited for progress/completion. You must enter a value greater than 0 in this field. The default value for this field is 5. |
PDF Content Scaling | This displays only for PDF document courses. Set the page magnification of the PDF document by selecting from the following options:
