Contents of the Employee Recognition Public Recognition Tab

Use this tab to view recognitions marked Public. This tab is visible if an administrator enables the Public Employee Recognition sub-feature for the entire company.

To see this tab, an administrator must enable the global Public Employee Recognition sub-feature on the Features screen (Administration > Global Settings > System Administration > Features). Expand Performance»Employee Recognition»Employee Recognition Page, and check Public Employee Recognition.

Field Description
Badge The first column displays an icon and label, which is a "Badge" indicating the type of work that is being recognized. Badges are created by administrators. If your company does not use badges the first column is empty.
Recognition Next to the Badge is a summary of the recognition. This includes the name and title of the person being recognized, the recognition title, the person who gave the recognition, and any additional comments. For administrators with Employee Recognition Deletion rights, Private recognitions also display on this tab. Private recognitions are indicated with this icon .

Actions

Actions available depend on permissions.

Field Description
Like/UnlikeLike/Unlike Click to Like an employee recognition. You can toggle between Like and Unlike.
Comment Enter a comment to show support for an employee, or add additional details about the work the employee has done to earn recognition.
View Click to view the details of the recognition.
Edit If you created the recognition, you can click to modify the details of the recognition.
Delete Click to delete the recognition.
