You run reports from the Reports Management screen by selecting
Run from the Actions menu of any report.
You need to be on the Reports Management screen to perform this task (Reporting >> Reports).

On the Report Management screen, click
Actions >>
Run for the report you want to view.

Use the Report Actions Menu Bar functions to customize your report.
If you want to use settings previously saved for a report, click the
Saved View
icon (or
Tools >> Saved Views) and click the view you want to open.

If desired, add filters, sort, add grouping, and add charts to the report, from the Tools menu.

If desired, you can add sub-total rows and remove duplicate rows from the Options menu.

When done, click the
Export as..
button and select CSV, PDF, XLS, or one of the image formats displayed.
