Search Careers Screen
Employees use the Search Careers screen to search for jobs in their organization that they might be interested in pursuing now or in developing the skills to pursue later. Depending on your permissions, employees can add a job to request it be added to their Career Path. Managers use the Search Careers screen to search for jobs to add to their direct reports' Career Paths.
On this screen you can search for jobs and request that they be added to one of your or your direct reports' Career Paths.

You can display the Search Careers screen on the Career Development menu. This screen also displays when you select the Add Jobs to Career Path option on the Career Path screen. Also, for users with access to the Continuous Feedback Career Path tab, this screen displays when you select theAdd to Career Path from a job's Actions menu on the Career Path tab. - Contents of the Career Path Search Screen
You can use fields, such as job title and company division, to specify criteria for your search for jobs to add to a Career Path. You can specify as many or as few criteria as you wish. - Search for a Job
Search for a job that fits your current skills and competencies, or into which you want to grow and analyze the job using gap analysis.
