Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Language Token Translations

Use this screen to upload a token translation file.

To import token translations:

  1. Click the Administration icon in the toolbar to display the Administration menu.
  2. In the Global Settings > System Administration section, click Languages.
  3. On the Languages screen, click More Options > Import.
  4. In the Language field, select the desired language. If your language is not available, contact your CSAM. There is a fee associated with adding a new language.
  5. You can use the sample file provided at the top of the screen (sample_upload_token_translation_file.csv) to format your file properly. When your file is ready, click Browse and navigate to the file to select it.
  6. When finished, click Upload File.
