Manually Add Résumé Details

If you do not have a résumé or curriculum vitae (CV) for a job seeker, you can create information for one on the Add a Résumé screen.

Important: If you enter a job seeker this way, the job seeker will not appear in searches and will only be accessible from the View Job Seekers Without a Résumé/CV screen.

To manually enter contact information for a job seeker:

  1. Click Recruiting > Résumés > Add a Résumé.
  2. On the Add a Résumé screen, enter the job seeker's name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, specify the referral source, and complete the other fields as appropriate.
  3. In the Additional Actions drop-down list, select one of the following additional steps if necessary, and click Continue.

    Enter Résumé

    Select this to proceed to the Enter Résumé screen and upload a résumé file.

    Invite to Submit Résumé to Requisition

    Use this to invite the selected individuals to their résumé to a particular requisition. Each selected individual will receive an email with a link to the requisition. Select this to send an email invitation to the job seeker to submit an application to an active requisition

    Add as a Candidate to this Requisition

    Use this to add the selected individuals to a particular requisition and flag them as Candidates. Select this to add the job seeker to an active requisition.
