Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Résumés

Use this menu to search for résumés that meet your required job qualifications. You can also manage résumés as they are entered in Talent Management and create pools in which you store résumés for future use.

The options that you see on your screen depends on the modules your company is using, as well as the permissions that are enabled for the Group(s) to which you belong.
