Score this Appraisal Screen
Use the Score this Appraisal screen to perform your self-appraisal or score another employee’s appraisal.
Once all scores are submitted by all appraisers, the appraisal is ready to move to the next phase. This may happen automatically, based on a schedule set up by the administrator, or the manager may need to move it manually, in the section above the tabs.
After a score is finalized, if a Manager or HR Business Partner has permission to override an appraisal score, they can do so by selecting the Override This Score option from the Score Override section Actions menu, on the Appraisal Summary tab. Administrators can enable or disable the ability to override scores on the Features screen (Performance » Appraisals » HRBP Administration » HRBP Override Overall Score) and/or (Performance » Appraisals » Manager Override Overall Score).
