Core HR Administrator Overview
Employees use the Core HR module to make the business of Human Resources easier and more efficient.
The Core HR module is a tool to help you:
- Digitize your HR data
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Allow HR professionals at your company more time to focus on acquiring, developing and retaining top talent
The Core HR module also:
- Assists with annual compliance efforts
- Helps with data integrity
- Ensures sensitive HR data is managed and edited by only Core HR Administrators
The Core HR Administrator group is a default group configured with permissions to allow Human Resources administrators to control access to employee information and associated functionality. You must add users to this group to give those users access.

A Core HR license enables Core HR Administrators to access Effective Dating functionality. - Configure the Additional Information
Core HR Administrators use the Additional Information Tab Configuration screen to customize the Total Talent Profile Additional Information tab with fields related to acquisition, and with their own, custom-created, Core HR fields. - Self-Service Administration
Use the Self-Service Administration screen to configure which parts of the Total Talent Profile are editable by employees, managers, and Human Resources Business Partners. - Upload Employment Record Historical File Screen
Bulk Upload historical data for one or more existing employee records into the Core HR module.
