Self-Service Administration
Use the Self-Service Administration screen to configure which parts of the Total Talent Profile are editable by employees, managers, and Human Resources Business Partners.
On the Self-Service Administration screen, Core HR administrators configure what content employees can edit on their own profiles, and what managers and/or HRBP users can edit on the profiles of their direct reports, or those employees they are associated with. An administrator can also set the notification or approval path process that accompanies any edits made to a profile.
Note: Any user (employee, manager, or HRBP) who a Core HR Administrator grants edit rights must also belong to a group that has been granted the appropriate View access to the sections of the Total Talent Profile the user will be editing. This is done on the Features screen.( ). Select the group from the drop-down, then expand
and select from these View options:

The Self-Service Administration screen contains three tabs, Employee, Manager, and HRBP. Core HR Administrators use these tabs to configure which parts of the Total Talent Profile a manager, employee, or Human Resources Business Partner can edit. Additionally, Core HR administrators can configure the notification or approval path process that accompanies any edits made to a profile.
