Step 3: Content

This step is where you specify the skills or competencies within the categories chosen in Step 2: Categories.

Each category selected in the previous step is listed on the left. Expand any skill category to display the content available for that category. Content items for competencies have an information icon. Hover over the icon for additional information about that competency.

When a skill or competency is deactivated, for any existing 360 workflow that include that deactivated skill or competency, you must go into the workflow and delete the deactivated content item from the workflow, or set the value in the Weight field for that skill or competency to 0%. Otherwise, Talent Management will add the deactivated item to any 360 appraisal created from that workflow.
