Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Lock a Category

Steps to lock a category, or prevent a manager from revising skills, competencies and/or goals selected here in the workflow, or altering the weights for these items on an appraisal.

To lock a category:

  1. On the Content step of the Performance Workflow, select the Lock Category check box at the top of each Skills, Goals, or Competencies category you want to lock.
