Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Export to an External Calendar

You can export calendar events to Google, Yahoo, MSLive (Beta), MS Outlook, or any calendar application that makes use of the .ics format.

To export calendar events:

  1. On the Talent Management toolbar, click the Calendar icon Calendar icon and then click My Calendar.
  2. On a Calendar Event, click the Export Calendar Event drop-down menu.
  3. Select your preferred external calendar application.
  4. Follow the third-party calendar application prompts.
