Career Path Screen
Managers use the Career Path screen to view the current, past and pending Career Paths of direct reports. Managers can perform additional actions, such as creating new career paths, activating or deactivating a Career Path, or adding jobs to a Career Path. As an Employee use the My Career Path screen to see the career path that you and your manager have laid out for you. Depending on permissions, employees may have access to actions such as requesting a job be added to their career path, or viewing the job profile.
A Career Path is a roadmap to a higher position within the organization, made up of different positions that you will need to occupy to attain your ultimate job.
Employees access their Career Path information from the Career Center menu (
Managers access an employee's Career Path information from the My Employees menu (
.If your firm uses the Continuous Feedback feature and has enabled the Career Path tab, Career Path options are available for managers and employees from within a Continuous Feedback session.

You can access your My Career Path screen on the Career Center menu. Managers can see direct reports paths on the My Employees screen. - Contents of the My Career Path Screen
View details about all your current Career Paths (My Career Path) or all of the Career Paths defined for your direct reports. Also, drill down to the details of individual jobs. Depending on your permissions, employees can request a job be added to their Career Path using the Add option from the Actions menu. Managers can add jobs and perform additional actions. - Add a Job to Your Career Path
Select a job that suits your current skills and competencies, or one into which you want to grow, then add the job to your career path.
