Request a Change Electronically
To make the request electronically:
- Go to Submit Case.
- Select Support Center as the Product.
- Select the Severity Level.
- Select Application as the Issue Type.
- Enter SaaS Administrator Change as the Summary.
- Enter the Detail for your request.
- Attach the authorization letter.
- Click Continue to submit the request.
