Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Associations Tab for Instructor-Led Course

The Associations tab of the Add Course screen contains the following fields.

Field Description
Company/Division If you want to associate the instructor-led course to a specific organizational unit, such as a company or division, select from the multi-select list.
Job Family If you want to associate the instructor-led course to a specific job family or families, such as Administrative or Sales, select from the multi-select list.
Job Role

If you want to associate the instructor-led course to a specific job role or roles (for example, Manager or Vice President), select from the multi-select list.

Job Title

If you want to associate the instructor-led course to specific job title or titles (for example, Contracts Manager or Receptionist), select from the multi-select list.
