Search for Mentors.

Use any of the search criteria to find mentors that meet your requirements.
- Name: Enter all or part of a potential mentor's name.
- Manager: Click the Select Manager to include direct reports of one or more particular managers in search results.
- Skill: Select a skill from the drop-down list to display individual skills in the area below. Click one or more individual type of skill and use the right arrows to select.
- Competency: Select a competency from the drop-down list to display individual skills in the area below. Click one or more individual type of skill and use the right arrows to select.
- Education Level: Select the level of education you want in a mentor.
- Internal Job History: Click one or more jobs from the list on the left and use the right arrow to select.

Search to display a list of potential mentors.

Select the mentor that you want, then click
Add to Talent Pool.
Note: Your manager and the mentor’s manager will need to approve the mentor relationship.
