Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Notifications Screen

You access your notifications from the Toolbar. You can also access system-wide notifications from the Your Profile menu.

To display your notifications on the Notifications screen:

  1. On the Toolbar in the upper right, click the Notifications icon Notifications Icon.
    You set the method of notification delivery using the Communication Delivery option on the Your Profile >> Personalization menu. Valid options are email, RSS feed, or text message.
