Contents of the My Appraisals Screen

View all of your current appraisal activities, as well as a history of your past appraisals.

Sections

Field Description
Appraisal Tasks This section lists any appraisal-related tasks that are awaiting your attention. Click any hyperlink (for example, Sign this Appraisal) to complete the task.
Active Appraisals This section lists all of your appraisals that are not yet complete.

Click the appraisal name to display the appraisal.

For each appraisal, you can see:

  • Appraisal Launch Date: This is the date that the appraisal was created.
  • Scale: This is the name of the rating scale used in the appraisal.
  • Phase: This is the current phase of the appraisal. Phase names are based on the Workflow for an appraisal and defined by an administrator. Each phase is based on the four phase types (Planning, Performance, Assessment, or Review).

A star displays next to appraisals marked as primary appraisals.

Finished Appraisals This section lists all of your past completed appraisals. It does not include any cancelled appraisals.

The score of the most recently completed appraisal is used to position an employee in the 9-box. It displays wherever an appraisal is referenced elsewhere in Deltek Talent Management.

Click the appraisal name to display the appraisal.

For each appraisal, you can see:

  • Closed Date: This is the date that the appraisal was completely closed.
  • Scale: This is the name of the rating scale used in the appraisal.
  • Overall Scale Score: This is the final performance rating for the employee, calculated using the individual competencies, goals, and skills in the appraisal.
