Contents of the My Matrix Employees Screen

Use fields and options to manage appraisals and to launch screens to manage other actions, such as 360 assessments, goal creation, recognitions, and appraisal creation for matrix employees.

Field Description
Employee Section Header

The section header for each employee contains the name and job title. Click the name to open the employee's Total Talent Profile in a new browser tab, where you can view details about the employee. Click the job title to open the Position Profile screen on a new browser tab, where you can view details about the job.

Employee Badge and Ribbon
The Employee Badge contains a photo and, beneath that, key performance information:
  • PB: This is the performance score. An up arrow, down arrow, or equal sign icon indicates whether the performance score has improved, declined, or stayed the same from the prior year's appraisal.

The details that display on the Ribbon area to the right of the photo depend on the Tab and button selected. For example, if the Appraisals button is selected on the Development tab, a list of the employee's appraisals display in the Ribbon. The buttons available for selection depend on the features enabled for you and your organization.

Appraisals Button
When this button is selected, the Ribbon displays current, pending, and past employee and project appraisals for each employee. Click the appraisal name to view details in a new browser tab. 360 assessments are not displayed here. 360s display when the 360 button is selected. Options available from the Actions menu when this button is selected:
  • Current Appraisals:options for current appraisals are Print Appraisal and Reassign.
  • Pending Appraisals:options for pending appraisals are Print Appraisal and Score.
  • Past Appraisals:options for past are View Scores, to view scoring details such as Overall Scale Score, Raw Scale Score, and Raw Percentage Score and Print Appraisal
Employee Goals Button

When this button is selected, the Ribbon displays employee goals. Click the title to view recognition details. You must have the Performance > Employee Goals feature enabled to see this button.

Recognition Button

When this button is selected, the Ribbon displays recognition received by each employee. Click the title to view recognition details. Click the name of the employee who created the recognition to open that employee's Total Talent Profile. You must have the Performance > Employee Recognition > Employee Recognition Page feature enabled to see this button.

360s Button

When this button is selected, the Ribbon displays current, pending and past 360 assessments for each employee. Click the name to view assessment details. Hover over View Scores to view the final assessment value. You must have the Performance > 360 feature enabled to see this button.

Actions

You perform the following actions from the Actions menu. The actions listed depend on configuration, user permissions, and placement of employees on the org chart.

  • Create New Appraisal
  • Create Employee Goal
  • Give Recognition
