Step 2: Categories
Categories determine which skill and competency categories are assessed in the 360 workflow.
The categories in the Available Items table are made up of any competency categories and skill categories created for your organization. You select the categories you want, then select the specific competencies and skills within each category in the third step of the 360 workflow.

The Weight fields in the Selected Items table allow you to type percentage values for each category if you want to revise the values generated by the system as the system will always equalize weights.
