Steps to select the categories to include on the 360 workflow
To select and reorganize categories:

Click
next to an item in the
Available Items table to move the item to the
Selected Items table.
After the item is added to the
Selected Items table, a
Weight field displays the weight attributed to that category and an option to delete it from the table.

To change the order of items, click
next to the item that you want to move.
The order of items in the
Selected Items table is the order in which the categories will display to the individual completing the appraisal.

Drag the row to the new position and drop.
