Contents of the Survey Administration Screen

Use the Survey Administration Screen to create and send surveys to employees.

Survey List

Field Description
Title The name of the survey. Click the link to view details.
Start The day the survey was sent or is scheduled to be sent to employees.
End The last day the survey is available for employee input.
Created By The name of the employee who created the survey.
Launched Date The date and time when the survey was sent to employees.
Status The current status of the survey. For example, Stopped (Stopped before the end date), Ended (Reached the end date), Active (Within the Active Start/End date range), Scheduled (Scheduled to launch on a future date).
Actions Perform the following actions:
  • Stop: Click the Stop iconStop icon to stop a survey before its scheduled end date. You cannot restart the survey. If you stop an in-progress survey, you will have to re-create the survey if you want to launch it again.
  • Edit: Click the Edit icon to edit details for a survey that has not yet launched.
  • Download: Click the Download icon Download to download the survey results as an excel file.
  • Delete: Click the Delete icon to remove a survey that has not yet launched.
Buttons Click the Create Survey button at the top of the screen to create a new survey.
